- On Display can customize the display of more icons on your computer than any other utility of its kind. One common dialog is used to change icons for folders, drives, files and more. On Display can change program icons and all shortcut icons, and can also remove shortcut arrows and Vista security "shield" overlays.- Change icons easily - simply right-click and select Appearance to select a new icon for your display.

There is tool named as Digeus I recommend it when there are problems with operational system. I also recommend Windows Tune Up Suite. It is all-purpose tool for better PC maintenance and security..
